Simply Sasha offers a paid monthly membership that provides access to digital downloads, templates, planners, and other resources.

  • Access is granted only while your membership is active.
  • If your membership is cancelled or expires, access to the members’ library will be removed.
  • Content may be updated, added, or removed at any time.

3. Payments

  • Membership payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Payments are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure payment details are up to date.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products:

  • All membership payments are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused access, or accidental purchases.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing.

5. Licence and Use of Downloads

When you download content from Simply Sasha, you are granted a limited licence:

You MAY:

  • Use templates, planners, SVGs, and PNGs for personal use
  • Use Canva templates and design files in your own business
  • Use designs for client projects and finished products

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share original files
  • Upload files to other websites, marketplaces, or membership sites
  • Claim original designs as your own work
  • Give access to your membership to others

All rights remain with Simply Sasha.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
  • You agree not to share your account or membership access with others.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be misused.

7. Content Changes

We may update, remove, or change any content within the membership library at any time without notice.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website and membership accessible at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external service failures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Simply Sasha, including downloads, designs, text, and branding, is owned by Simply Sasha unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Simply Sasha is not responsible for:
